Our Burnham extension project has been designed to replace an old small Kitchen extension and conservatory with a new contemporary designed open plan Kitchen, living and dining space with strong links to the garden of a wonderful property in the Green belt in Burnham, Buckinghamshire.
The design has been developed to be a contrasting but sympathetic addition to a characterful family home, with a strong emphasis on the interior and exterior design. We proposed an architectural feature brick with Crittall style windows and modern glazing to maximise the light into the new extension but most importantly views out.
We supported the design with very detailed CGI imagery and presentation documents so the clients are fully briefed on what the new extension will look like and how it will integrate with the existing home. We also undertook the full interior design of the space with feature lighting and interior finishes as well as the garden design providing for a new outside Kitchen and BBQ area.
The plans were passed immediately by the local planning authority and a full detailed package tendered with the successful contractor appointed and works commenced.
