We worked with a young family to design a new replacement dwelling in Chalfont St Peter. The design brief was for a conventional family home which complemented the other properties in a private road.
Internally the house has been designed to offer a contemporary layout to suit the needs of the modern family with open plan Kitchen and living rooms, large open main hall and stairs, plus private adult lounge. We worked with the owners to produce a full detailed interior design scheme which enabled the clients to secure a very cost effective design.
We arranged for the appointment of all the necessary consultants on the project, undertook a full competitive tender, organised the appointment of the builder and managed the project on site.
